We currently produce the following Genuine Jersey products:

All of our products are traditionally made using the nest ingredient from our own locally raised, free range British Saddleback and Oxford Sandy & Black Rare Breed pigs. These pigs provide excellent pork and are raised on light free draining soil, ideal for rearing pigs. Our pigs are born and raised outdoors and fed on a cereal based diet.
