We make a wide variety of different flavoured sausages including pure pork Breakfast sausages and chipolatas, Corbiere (Rosemary and Thyme), The Lily (containing culinary lavendar from the Jersey Lavendar farm), Honey & Wholegrain mustard, Black Butter (containing Black Butter from La Mare Vineyards), Tomato & Herb, Garlic & Herbs de Province, Leek & Stilton and Cajun, to name just a few! We also produce seasonal flavours- look out for Santa’s Sizzlers come Christmas!
