We believe that our animals should be able to lead as natural a life as possible and are never to be treated as simply a commodity. After all, the farm started because of a love of keeping animals and that is the way it shall stay!

All our pigs are kept outdoors where they are free to do all things piggy, rooting around and wallowing in mud to their hearts content! We chose to keep saddleback pigs because they are a British rare breed, sadly declining in numbers due to the demands for faster growing commercial breeds. However, they are ideally suited to outdoor living and are renowned for producing pork of an exceptional quality. Why not come down and see them on the farm?
