‘Me and The Farmer’ is run by Jon and Jenny Hackett of Brooklands Farm, who strive to offer a wide range of local products from animals that have led a natural, happy and healthy life. What started out as a hobby of Jon’s with just a few Jersey cows, the farm has gone from strength to strength and now boasts a menagerie of animals including rare breed saddleback pigs and Jacob’s sheep. All products are made on the farm in the specially built butchery so as to ensure everything on offer is as fresh as possible, straight from the farm to the fork.
